I want to express my deepest condolences for the family and friends of Mr. Levon Gulyan. I am a friend of Lily Khachatryan and I also know her friend Lily, Levon's sister. I am really shocked to learn about this tragedy. I sincerely hope justice will be done and the truth will come out, though the pain will remain and I wish all relatives and friends of Mr. Gulyan the greatest strenght to deal with this tragic loss. I am deeply saddened by this news. I am a member of the Edinburgh University Renaissance Choir and remember our tour in Armenia as guests of the Hover Choir with the greatest delight. The wonderful hospitality we received at the Gulyan restaurant was one of the happiest moments of a truly memorable time. My prayers are with you. Amos 5:24 "Let justice and fairness flow like a river that never runs dry."
